Communication was excellent and all parts of the job were on time and executed professionally and with outstanding craftsmanship. This job was a little tricky to deal with the water flow component but Lucas came up with a few great solutions. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs concrete work. It’s difficult to find contractors who deliver such an honest, professional (even enjoyable) experience. Ah well, here's to getting the word out. I've had the pleasure of working with Ceglio concrete to put a new driveway, front porch, and walkways around my house. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience from start to finish. The estimates were clearly drawn and broken down, his prices make sense compared to competitors around my area (livermore), payment and work schedule was followed to the tee' despite multiple change-orders, and the workmanship is top notch. Every day they worked, they made sure my house is tidy and safed-off from pedestrian traffic, and everytime a snag comes up, Lucas is sure correspond instantly with solutions that are both cost effective and aesthetically-conscious. I appreciate the care put into the project and the great customer service. I won't hesitate to call them again for my next project and I highly recommend them for anyone's concrete needs in the bay area.

The roots from a nearby pepper tree had lifted multiple slabs, and we needed a major fix. After getting quotes from six different contractors, we chose Ceglio--not because they were the cheapest, but because Lucas stood out as the most professional, thorough, and honest. The pricing was fair, and the value was unmatched. From the beginning, Lucas was a clear communicator. He walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions directly, and provided a detailed, professional quote. He even handled getting the required permit. He and his crew showed up on time (after calling ahead), and delivered exactly what they promised. What really impressed me was how Lucas dealt with an unexpected issue. After demoing the concrete, he discovered a broken drainage pipe caused by the tree roots--something that wasn't his responsibility. Still, he proposed a smart, long-term solution: replacing the damaged section and positioning the pipe so it could be easily extended in the future. He offered a very fair price on the spot, picked up the materials himself, and had it fixed that same day. The project was completed on time, the quality of work is excellent, and they left the job site spotless with a thorough cleanup. Ceglio Concrete was called for an estimate. Lucas, at Ceglio Concrete, went to the job site. Within a couple of hours Lucas texted me an estimate. I found the estimate to be very reasonable. I explained to Lucas we no longer lived in the area. He said he would take care of everything and he did just that. He communicated with the City, pulled the permits, called or text me, and sent pic's at every stage of the project. It was as if I were there. Lucas gave me a time line and met it. I was very satiisfied with the pic's of the final project. I found him to be very friendly, professional, and man of his word. He did take care of everything. Maybe some day I'll get to meet him. We needed demo, haul away of old concrete and install of a new concrete pad 12x10' for our new shed to be installed upon and with short timelines. Lucas (the owner) was quick to respond and came out that same week. He provided a formal quote via email and thoroughly outlined all steps which I appreciate as it left less questions in my mind. To be honest I did get a competing quote which came out to be lower but I chose Ceglio because he was licensed, local, honest, friendly and seemed reliable. He told me he could do the work and outlined timelines which gave me comfort in knowing the work would get done right and on time! He understood what I needed and worked around my schedule. He also provided me follow up instructions on how to care for the concrete up until the shed install date. I'm glad I came across his company as the work was smooth, no issues or delays and the final product was just as expected! Thank you so much Lucas and Team!Posted onVerified Over New years our dog had tunneled her way under our fence and got out so that fast tracked us needing to cement in our side yard and that led to wanting more, Lucas and his workers were awesome we had the side yard and the front of our house, part of our driveway and then we had our driveway approach widened, Lucas made the process super easy especially since there was a permit needed to do the driveway approach but that all went smooth and we are very happy with how everything turned out. I'd recommend them again and we have a few more projects that we will need cement done again for coming up and we plan to give Ceglio Concrete a call again when it's time. Bonus, his workers were so nice to my son he wanted badly to help them work he couldn't help himself he loves construction work, they let him do a play a little and get his hand prints done in the cement.
